We want to you be happy with your Biltong order and come back to us again and again, so this policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

If you realise that you’d like to change anything about an order before it is despatched, please call us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to amend it.

However, if for any reason you are unhappy with the quality of your biltong or drywors, please get in touch with us by phone or email, soon after receipt. We will look into it straight away, then refund or replace the order if appropriate.

If you change your mind on your purchase, please be aware that we are unable to accept returns for non-faulty items which have already been dispatched or delivered. Your order has also been picked and custom processed just for you, meaning that it isn’t suitable to go back into stock.
