We aim to pack and dispatch orders within one working day of receiving them. Note we only pick and pack orders Monday - Thursday; if you have an urgent 'weekend' requirement then please contact us directly and we wil try to accommodate you.
Delivery costs depend on your order size and how you want the goods delivered, or if you want to pick up from us (by appointment only!).
Orders of £75.00 or over are delivered FREE!
We offer a next day delivery service through UPS, which will deliver 'during the next business day'.
If you need a guranteed delivery time then choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will receive your biltong before 13:00 next business day. Please note that we must receive your order by 2pm to ensure we can get your order to the Post Office in time.
