Our goal is to despatch orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them.
We offer a 1-2 day delivery service, via UPS, costing £5.95, who usually deliver on the next working day. Orders of £75.00 or over are delivered FREE!
Please note, we prefer to despatch orders Monday - Wednesday, to avoid the chance of your biltong sitting in a warehouse over the weekend. If your order is urgent, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
If you need a guaranteed delivery time, please choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery and you will receive your biltong before 13:00 next business day. Please note that we must receive your order by 2pm to ensure we can get to the Post Office in time.
Collection from our shop in Forest Row is also an option and the beautiful Ashdown Forest nearby makes for a great walk!
Please note that we can't ship our meat products to Northern Ireland, without significant paperwork and cost.
Likewise, we don't yet ship Internationally.
